The interview was friendly and personal. The Interviewer was trying to get a feel for who I was, not just what I was capable of. It's an old school style company that has been around for over a hundred years; the questions and conversation reflected that.

What do you want to accomplish in your engineering career? what kind of work do you like doing? desk work? Hands-on?
Just one interview around 30-45 minutes. Fairly simple and straight forward. After you apply, they email you to schedule an interview. Usually it's with a few people or a panel. Easy questions about yourself and broad technical questions about your experience.

Reached out to recruiter for 30 minute meeting. Then scheduled meeting with Electric boat representative for interview. Received offer a few weeks after first contact. Did not end of taking offer but really liked the location.
