The process took two weeks and entailed a face to face interview with a panel of three, plus a ten-minute PowerPoint presentation. Two members of the panel were very welcoming and jolly, the third was more cautious and observational, and asked more penetrating questions.
Their CEO had previously been Head of Digital at DWP, which surprised me, because their social media feeds were uninspiring and it would have taken a lot of work to improve and enliven the website content and their social channels.
But what I remember most is that one was a heavy smoker and they all three had terrible teeth - not a great advert for the General Dental Council!
I asked for feedback and was offered it initially, however, two weeks after the interview, I've still heard nothing.
