She told me to call her at any time for updates. When she didn't return my call, I emailed her. She replied two days later to apologize for the delay and said to expect to hear from the talent acquisition coordinator to gather my availability for the next interview. Three weeks later, I still hadn't heard. I emailed the sourcer, who initiated the interview process with me by finding me on LinkedIn, to request an update. He hasn't replied, either. I left another message for the recruiter, who still hasn't returned my call. My online application is still marked as "under review," so I do not understand why I haven't received any updates.
