Interview
Phone interview followed by briefing from HR regarding the company history, benefits, company culture, etc.
Panel interview with 4 engineers, including 1 engineering manager. The panel interview was straight forward. The team that interviewed me seemed very interested in my past experience.
I spoke of previous engineering obstacles that I have encountered and provided details on how I approached/solved them.
No tests, no trick questions.

The process of the interview was really smooth, the interviwers are very nice. The first step is a Phone Call Interview reviewing your interpersonal skills and resume. Secondly, Video Interview focusing on Theoretical concepts. Lastly, an in person interview.

Applied online through the GA website, had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, got contacted again for a phone interview with 3 engineers, mix of technical and behavioral questions, interviewers were helpful in answering questions about the company
Phone interview with initial screening questions. That was followed by an on-site interview with the hiring manager and team members. Interview was pleasant and discussed the position as well as questions on my resume and technical questions.
