I applied online. I interviewed at General Atomics (San Diego, CA)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview about a month later. After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview 2 weeks down the road.
I thought the interview went well. It was supposed to be with 3 interviewers but one didn't show up. It lasted about 90 minutes and didn't get too technical. Had more "describe a situation when..." type questions, in addition to general descriptions of the position. At the end they said I would hear back within a week.
2 weeks later, and they were "waiting on a proposal." 4 weeks after that, I was informed that the position had been cancelled. Disappointing end to a 3 month process, but what can you do?

Several rounds of interviews, people seemed nice and forthcoming with information about the company. They eventually ghosted me and I reached out several times for an update but had to check the portal for my status change.

Question 1
They asked about very standard qualifications and certifications related to the job.
There was a phone screen with HR and then the hiring manager that transitioned to an in person interview with the hiring manager one on one. After the hiring manager it then progressed to a team interview with about 12 people.

Interview
Call with recruiter then video interview with hiring manager. Moved pretty quickly and was a good experience overall. Recruiter went into great detail about benefits package. In rejection email, recruiter addressed me as the wrong name.
