Started off with a general phone interview which was pretty standard. Moved on to an in person interview, first with people I would be working alongside then folks I'd be working under. There was no technical part of the interview. They mainly focused on my prior work and how I went about completing projects to better understand by work methods and technical abilities with software like Excel & PowerBI.

There was a 20 - 30 minutes phone screening. After a few days I was called in for an onsite interview. Most of the interview questions from both HR and technical crew were reasonable and relevant. Not too many cliche interview questions!
