The interview process consisted of several screening phone calls and then ended with an on-site interview session with a few team members and the hiring manager. They asked standard interview questions and it was pretty standard process.

There are usually two rounds with different set of managers. Sometimes they will bring in a full time employee in the panel too. Usually there’s around five questions surrounding the competencies. From my experience with multiple interviews, they really want you to focus on what you did, your behavior, or thought process in achieving your results.

Not a great atmosphere when your a temporary worker. Almost all the benefits and fun perks go to full time employees. They treat you very differently if you are a temp.

First part of the interview process is recording yourself answering some questions and scenarios. The recording lets you choose when to start. You won't be able to go back and change what you say.
