Interview
1 hour seminar on a research topic, and then 20-25 minute interviews with 10-12 different people. Highly technical questions during the seminars. During the pandemic, interviews are done virtually via google meets.

I got an email by HM after applying for the role and asked me to set a time. 30 min. interview, Person that was interviewing was nice and questions were expected.
asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort
