I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genentech
Interview
There are usually two rounds with different set of managers. Sometimes they will bring in a full time employee in the panel too. Usually there’s around five questions surrounding the competencies. From my experience with multiple interviews, they really want you to focus on what you did, your behavior, or thought process in achieving your results.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
All situational questions, asked if I knew anyone else that worked there (family member or friend). They were really nice in asking the questions, they wrote while I was talking, but that's what they have to do so do not worry about them not making eye contact
Not a great atmosphere when your a temporary worker. Almost all the benefits and fun perks go to full time employees. They treat you very differently if you are a temp.

Question 1
What would you do in a difficult situation related to customer service
First part of the interview process is recording yourself answering some questions and scenarios. The recording lets you choose when to start. You won't be able to go back and change what you say.
