Interview
Initial screening over the phone with HR, lasted about 20 minutes. Was asked about salary expectations. First face-to-face interview with GM and second with VP. Questions were basic and only a few scenarios types. Each one-to-one interview took about one hour.

Interview
The hiring process was remote via email and skype. Generally it starts with HR via email and first interview on skype, then the Chief Admin Officer with HR person on Skype then the Hiring manager on Skype. Be prepared to answer several why? questions and be also prepared to ask many questions of the company, as not much detailed information is offered from the company side unless you ask.

Talking about Strengths and Weaknesses, as it is for more people

Interview
Three Interviews after a short phone interview. First interview was with the CEO - Graham. He was not only rude and quite obnoxious but belittling and condescending. No one can or will be a good fit as his expectations lie outside the role's inherent duties and responsibilities. He admitted to a very high turnover in his immediate staff de to others "lack of intelligence" - which may be true, but I am unwilling to risk someone who has been through 3 EA's this year! May be time for management to look inward prior to your next hire.

Question 1
Not a question - but unexpected and disappointing that the interviewer had not even looked at my resume and seemed unimpressed throughout.
