It went well. Initially I had to attend a wirtten examination and then questionaire. As I had lack of subject knowledge I could not do well in the interview. I did not get an opportunity to give demo classes.
Online screening where you have to fill a questionnaire followed by offline interview where you will be asked few questions regarding your work experience and if you pass that interview you will have to take a demo class.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gems Education (New Delhi) in Apr 2019

They asked for a written resume and asked us to wait for some time ...there were a lot of candidates and initially they did a screening round which was followed by a Skill test plus interview by 3 people was the last step before discussing the CTC / salary
