      Buying Coordinator Interview

      19 Jul 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gemnote in Jun 2024

      Interview

The HR gentleman never called, never showed up. twice. I attempted to coordinate several times to appease his availability, yet all he proved about the company was disorder and lack of professionalism in his own department (HR). I understood this position was contract, therefore no benefits to the position, and there was hourly pay. These facts may make it more difficult to find a willing and dedicated employee, however I believe the real evaluation should take place within and surrounding their past hiring practices. I am Just hoping thEy don’t Find themselves repeating this Faulty behavior.
