The interview process was over the phone and was very straight-forward and informative. I ended up getting hired over the phone and didn't have to waste any time doing in person interviews.

What is your history with customer service and electronics
Simple. Easy. Lots of questions about customer care. Questions about in the moment solutions and problem solving. Had to speak with three different people so that was three differnet interviews even though it was all the same questions.
