The interview process at Gebr. Heinemann consisted of two stages. The first was an online interview that lasted about an hour, and the second took place on-site, where I had the chance to meet both the managers and my future team members. In both interviews, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The conversations felt more like a casual, open dialogue rather than a formal interview. After both stages, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround – I received feedback almost on the same day, which made the process feel very efficient and well-organized.
