Initial call with recruiter, then there was a call with hiring manager. I appreciate the fact that I've been given feedback and the communication from recruiter was prettty solid. Overall good experience

Interview
The hiring process was quite lengthy given the salary and seniority of the role. By the time I realised the position wasn't a good fit, I had already invested a significant amount of time, even though I was only three stages in. I felt somewhat relieved when I received a rejection email, even if the reason seemed arbitrary, following the written exercise.

3: written assessment (you're given a scenario for which you need to respond to a fictional customer)
4: technical interview (demonstrate technical understanding of Gearset, and things that are related). Also role play.
