The selection process is long - don't expect a quick resolution. The process I went through involved an initial screening call with the recruiting partners, then a brief and fairly relaxed phone interview with the hiring manager. The final (and main) event was a day of interviews in Seattle - a succession of 6 back to back 1 hr interviews, all 1:1, with a variety of people from across the organisation. They take hiring very seriously - after I'd accepted the offer and joined I participated from the other side and I can honestly say that the process is very well prepped, with lots of recruiter support, and the selection decisions are taken very carefully and after a good deal of deliberation. The whole process from my first screening call through to being sent an offer was about 6 months. The 1:1 interviews were more draining than difficult, mainly due to jet lag
