The interview process required a lot of steps, but thankfully, Gates was very quick in their decision making. I started off with a phone screen, then an interview. After that, we moved on to a series of 4 video interviews in one sitting. I was afraid this was going to be a highly intensive experience, but each of the interviewers were very down to earth and allowed me to take my time in answering questions. After these video interviews, I had one final one with the VP of Human Resources over the Americas. Again, great experience. Chatted casually for most of the interview. In the end, I was rejected for the position I applied for but was offered a different/better one that I ended up accepting.
