I applied through LinkedIn and had one initial phone screen with a recruiter. After that, the process took around 2.5 months and included 4 interviews (one of them with a VP).
Throughout the process, I was told that my interviews went very well and that’s why additional meetings were scheduled with upper management. However, despite several promises that they would come back to me “within this week,” I waited another three weeks after the final interview to receive a rejection email.
Providing feedback or at least a timely update is part of a respectful hiring process. Rejecting a candidate after 4 interviews and nearly 3 months of waiting is simply unacceptable and a waste of time for both sides.
You should know within the first two interviews if a candidate is a potential fit or not. For anyone considering applying here — think twice, unless you have plenty of time and patience to spare.
