Gateley IT Support Analyst 2nd Line interview questions

I had my 1st stage interview on the 10/02, I was promptly invited to the 2nd stage by phone call with very promising feedback. I had my 2nd stage interview on the 26/02 - and since that interview I didn’t hear back at all from the company. I’ve followed up with the recruitment agent on the 7th and 17th March if there is ETA to when I could hear back but I never heard back. I was excited about this opportunity as role and company sounded great, but really disappointed by being ghosted.
