Step 1 - HR phone screen, Step 2 - Hiring Manager phone screen, Step 3 - Onsite panel interview - 5 people, 4 hours! Followed up with HR twice after onsite. Said they were still reviewing applicants. Never got a rejection. Disappointing after 4+ hr onsite interview.
