After I applied I received a phone screen/ interview that lasted all of about 30 minutes. It covered your basic interview questions to make sure you're an actual candidate for the position. After I made it in, I had one interview with two people; essentially the exact same script as the phone screen.

Applied online. Within 1 week received an email from HR for additional information and scheduled a screening phone call. After the successful phone chat, which confirmed my interest in the position further, I received an invitation for an in-person interview directly from an interviewing manager. Interview consisted of 3 manager panel. All questions were directly related to how my past experience applies to the job duties.
