The selection process consisted of two rounds.
The first round was a technical interview, where the discussion was mainly based on my resume, academic projects, internship experience, and technical knowledge. I was asked to explain my projects and research work, focusing on the problem statement, my contributions, the approach followed, and the outcomes achieved. Questions also covered concepts related to my academic background, practical exposure, and the tools and techniques I had worked with. The round primarily evaluated technical understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Candidates shortlisted from the technical round proceeded to the second round, which was an HR interview. This round focused on communication skills, adaptability, teamwork, leadership experiences, career goals, and overall personality. Questions revolved around my background, experiences working in different environments, motivation for the role, and future aspirations.
Overall, the selection process was well-structured and provided a balanced assessment of both technical and interpersonal skills.
