Generic phone interview, then technical phone interview, then on-site interview. About 1 or 2 weeks passed between each interview. I interviewed with 2 fitness engineers who design the sports watches and bike computers, then I interviewed with Aviation engineers who design avionics. Then Garmin gave me a tour of their facility as well as lunch at their cafeteria.
