I was first contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. This interview went over the resume and some general behavioral questions. The next phone interview was with the hiring manager. It was the same type of interview, but went further into the technical side of the resume. They asked me to interview onsite in Olathe, KS. I talked to the recruiter first, then two managers which asked technical questions, then two lead engineers which asked questions about past experiences. About a month later, I was told I did not receive the offer.

Initial HR phone screen with basic questions, mostly going over my resume. Then a phone interview with the engineering team lead which was a bit more technical but not much. I didn't get to the in person interview but that would have been the next step.
