The process was organized and proceded relatively smooth. The HR department is very helpful and will try to do what they can for you. As long as you are respectful and professional and do not have unreasonable expectations, the process is good.

There really wasn't anything unexpected. They pretty standard interview questions. A little technical and a little personality questions.

Phone call to filter followed by technical interview with engineers. The screening call was approximately 30 minutes and asked personality type questions and asked for explanations of previous projects. The technical interview was with two engineers. It consisted of small talk for personality and a technical interview going over foundation electrical interview questions.

Two round process. First was a phone interview screening discussing the company and previous project, school, and work experience. Second was a video call with an engineer discussing some basic technical questions and past project experience.

Heavy emphasis on the technical, but fairly straightforward. They administer a theory test at the start of the interview, followed by more personal and standard interview questions. Other than that it is fairly formal but nothing out of the ordinary.
