I met with the manager and discussed my background and qualifications. She was very friendly and I thought for sure she was going to offer me the job. I was notified 2 weeks later that I wasn’t selected.

You meet with the owner who is also the Manager. They go over your resume then ask questions. If they like you they call you in again to meet with others in the company. Take a tour regarding the warehouse procedures.
