Applied online and heard back within a few days, asking for a phone interview. Was then asked to go to the office for a 1-on-1 interview. Process was very smooth and they got back to me within a week. Interviewer was also very patient and understanding.

Talked to recruiter at University career fair. Was contacted through email a while later for an in person interview. The interview was basically just going through your resume and talking about your past experiences and your career goals.
