Initial phone interview with CTO. Started off with an introduction to the company and an explanation of why they are recruiting for this role at this time. Followed by asking some questions about my current situation and skills set. Probing technical questions about what I would do in specific scenarios. Then had the opportunity to ask questions about the company.
