I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Game Seven Staffing
Interview
round 1 is prescreen phone call regarding the opportunities. Round 2 is the first interview with the recruiting managers. round 3 is conversation with the COO himself.
Round 1 and 3 were fairly less intimidating and comfortable. Round 2 is where they ask you all the interview questions like telling them about yourself, have you cold called, are you comfortable with cold calling, why do you want to be a recruiter, what past experience have you done that relates to cold calling, do you have sales experience, when are you available for hire, are you going to be able to commute to Austin 5 days a week.
Round 3 is talking about the commission structure, your pay options, what your dream job is, who you wanted to be when you grew up, what are your goals, and just about you.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Game Seven Staffing (Austin, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Two phone interviews and then one face-to-face interview. First phone screen was with the recruiting manager, second was with sales manager, and face to face was with both of them. Questions were focused on my background and experience in the industry. Overall the vibe was more casual and conversational than what I've experienced at other interviews for similar positions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was very conversational, there was no 'Q&A' that I've typically seen. What has been your experience in phone sales? How do you handle rejection? Why did you leave your last job? What have you been doing since leaving your last job (I had a gap of several months).
