I applied online and a few days later got a call and an email from them. Asked a few basic behavioral interview questions, then moved on with some fairly difficult technical questions on Linux command line and a lot of details about DNS and DHCP.

If I were to type www.google.com into my browser, walk me through step by step how DNS works in this situation.

Interview
The interview moved very quickly from an almost non-existent "pre-screen" to a full blown, 3 hour interview with the entire team. I met 1 individual in person, and the rest virtually through Skype or phone.

The area where I was most thrown was when they asked me to review a sample job description, and then describe the "Avatar" candidate the role. They wanted to know a lot of specifics on the spot, particularly what school the "Avatar" went to, how old they were, how experienced, etc.

Applied to a posting on an online job board that promised quick follow ups - received a call the very next morning where I was asked about my previous experience, interest in finance, and a few other interesting questions.
