I applied for the position about a month ago and last week received a request to have a phone interview with the HR Coordinator. The next day she sent me an email for a Zoom meeting interview with the Director of HR. for the following Monday, October 15th. After moving my schedule around, I was able to log in to the meeting at 3:50pm. It was scheduled at 4:00pm CST (2:00pm PT her time). After 10 minutes, I emailed the coordinator to tell her that no one showed up. Then I called, it was sent to voicemail. As it was getting closer to 4:30pm I exited the meeting because it was obvious no one was going to show up. No has even responded to me about what happened. I sent an email to the coordinator telling her I was no longer interested. I've never had this happen before and it is very unprofessional. Just like you wouldn't want your time wasted, please don't waste mine and that's how I feel this went.
