1st interview was very dry with simple behavioral questions and no emotion or personality displayed by the interviewer. The 2nd interview was more of the same with some questions allowing you to add more detail to your responses. Same interviewer for both interviews. The process felt very dry and impersonal. The questions are 100% data driven regarding what the company's research department has declared makes for an outstanding "Gallup consultant". Simply put, you need to be a salesperson. Zero room for individual personality, charisma or conflicting theoretical perspectives.
