I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gallup (Bellevue, NE) in Nov 2013
Interview
If you pass their idiotic personality test you are pretty much hired as long as they don't think you sound foreign. I got a call a day after taking the test and was invited to a group interview. The "group interview" was actually a "final interview" and if you had a pulse they would hire you. They use pretty high pressure to get you to agree to work with them. It felt a lot more like a sales pitch for a timeshare than an interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They never asked any questions, they just asked you to read off a script.
It was a group interview. First we went over expectations and examples, then we went around the table and did practice readings. We finished with a tour of the call center.
Easy group interview process. Got hired after a group interview. Had to read in front of a group to make sure you can clearly speak English. The process was easy.
Interviewer was courteous, friendly and professional, everything was explained upfront. Kind and respectful, all in all a great process. I was very impressed with the interviewing process as a whole. Would happily recommend.
