The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2012
Interview
So far completed two structured phone interviews and the best advise I can give is to remember the questions you had completed online and work towards structuring answers and relevant experiences for those questions. The phone interview will consist of the same type of questions and after rounds of structured questions, you will be invited for a face to face interview. Upon the completion of the face to face interview, they will make a decision on your application within 3 working days.

Question 1
The questions are all structured and possibly coded, as a result it is very difficult to assess how the interview is progressing
Multiple interviews and one assessment but worth the processes, after you pass your initial interview you get interviewed from different disciplines in the business. it takes an average of 6 month but its a good processes of selection
I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was very efficient and smooth, it was a quick response regarding the offer, opportunity to meet various team members and get a feel of working environment before accepting the position.
It was the most structured and longest interview process I have ever had. However, was the most enjoyable and self-reflective. For most of the process I couldn't figure what the questions where trying to find, however; then I realized its to do with innate talents and strengths. Overall, by the time I had my 4th interview I started to figure out the Gallup culture and like the people that are interviewing me. So in a way the process convinced me that Gallup is an organization I would definitely want to join.
