It was a group interview. First we went over expectations and examples, then we went around the table and did practice readings. We finished with a tour of the call center.

A group interview; details what the job entails, pay attention and read decently and loudly and you'll get it. Make sure you aren't on your phone and you exude cheerfulness, they watch and hope for that. Another note is that you have to read in front of others and there may be words that people can't pronounce, don't laugh at others who struggle.
Easy group interview process. Got hired after a group interview. Had to read in front of a group to make sure you can clearly speak English. The process was easy.
Interviewer was courteous, friendly and professional, everything was explained upfront. Kind and respectful, all in all a great process. I was very impressed with the interviewing process as a whole. Would happily recommend.
