I attended the interview for the .NET Lead position and cleared all the rounds. They even collected my documents. After that, there were no updates. They didn’t reply to my emails, so I called the recruiter. He said they were facing some budget issues, which is surprising because I had clearly mentioned my expected CTC during the very first call. He then said he would speak with HR again and update me the next day. But once again, there has been no update. I spent many hours on this entire process, and the least they could do is inform me if they cannot proceed. The way this has been handled is unprofessional.
