The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

First, I filled out a quick online application, then I did a in-person group interview. We had to prepare a quick 2-3 minute icebreaker/song/game to perform to a small group of other applicants and interviewers. Then, we had a one-on-one interview with the camp director. It was a pretty quick and easy process.
Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!

Interview
Not traditional interview with several candidates together, getting asked to pretend to prepare to present to young children some activities. Then each candidate presented their ideas of a fun activity. Some of the activities will be important and useful during actual camp.
