face to face technical interview with the head of the team, talking about the position and myself. the interviewer was full of himself, kept talking about himself and his accomplishments and poorly talked about the job itself and then gave me coding problem to solve. second interview was also technical interview. then 2 more HR interviews. then they gave me home assignment followed by interview to explain my solution. a very very very very long process to surprise me with a VERY LOW salary! like half what I get from working as Intern somewhere else! I had to decline the offer ofcourse! and told them that they should tell the candidates from the first day that they don't pay good! felt like they were making a joke of me.
