• Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are being followed as per the client requirement and to achieve the targets without any injury, Illness and property damage.
• Educate the team on applicable legal & other requirements and monitor & report compliance.
• Facilitate establishing, communicating & following-up objectives aiming at continual improvement.
• Advise the team in their performance targets and assist the Project / Construction Manager in review of individual performance.
• Facilitate communication of competence standards, scheduling & conduct of competence assessments of staff & employees.
