Galetti interview questions

The interview process unfolded over a two-week span, starting with an initial visit to the company where candidates were assigned tasks to present before the board. Participants were evaluated and scored on their presentations, and those achieving the highest scores were invited back for a second round. This subsequent phase involved a panel interview conducted by four members of the board. All candidates and board members convened around the same boardroom table for this discussion.
