Interview
I was asked to take two 30 minute assessments (IQ and Personality). I completed the assessments and was then asked to schedule an interview with a recruiter. I did not hear back for 11 days. I then followed up with the recruiter but I have still not received any communication. It has been well over a month. Overall, a tough experience considering my excitement to start the interview process.

Submitted my info and was asked to take two 30 minute assessments (IQ and Personality). Completed the assessments than was ghosted by the company. For a company that prides themselves on customer success and doing the right thing, they clearly do not walk the walk. Truly disappointing from a company that I respected and hoped to work for.

First round is a phone screening. Next there will be a panel interview with senior management. Contract negotiation with the recruiter. After, you will be given an offer letter if you received the job.
