A recruiter from GXO reached out to me thanking me for applying for a certain role that had already been filled. They proposed to meet and discuss a different role they felt matched my profile. After a few back and forth messages we agreed on a date and time to have a phone call. The recruiter did not call without cancelling, and did not respond to my message to reschedule the call.
