GXO Logistics Implementation Analyst interview questions

Pretty straightforward interview. Only 2 rounds, I round with HR and 1 round with HM. The interviewer is super nice and asks about your previous experience in warehouse management, communications, and conflict management. Use STAR format to answer behavioural questions. I was about to get an offer, but they said they need someone internal to take the role bc of an operations change.
