One pre-screening call followed by 4 interviews and a very detailed reference check. It was a long process, but supported by a proactive HR team who made it smoother and kept me well informed throughout.

Approached for a role and given brief to review. Had a phone interview and then an online teams interview that was in depth. Certain aspects of the role and opportunity were withheld and it was at this point I declined progressing further.

Interview
The application process was fairly straight forward.
I received a phone call that became obvious very early on that the TA person didn't think she'd found the right person. She rushed through the mandatory questions (9 mins worth) and brought the call to a close. I was not asked if I had any questions. It was a very disappointing conversation and left a bad impression on me bout the this business.
I note, several months later the role is advertised again. Hopefully others have a better experience or the new HR Manager is tasked with improving the candidate experience.
