It was a job fair and was able to have an on-site interview. They even included a mock call which you process and enter the info into the document. Really shows you what you would be doing for works!

This was for a part time job. Upon noticing my accent the lady started asking questions that were not relavant to the position I applied for, such as how I immigrated to US, who do I live with here, etc.

A short phone interview to start the process, then two face to face interviews but it is definitely worth it to make sure you are a good fit with the other employees that work there since it is a small office setting. You would get a tour of the call center as part of your second interview.
