I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSMA (London, England) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online. I had a Skype interview as was not living in the UK at the time and they were very accommodating. Interview lasted around 45 minutes and was a relatively relaxed interview. I got the job offer about 1-2 weeks after the interview so very quick turn around.
