GSK Associate- Future Leaders Program interview questions

After submitting resume online, I was asked to complete the World of GSK online assessment. It was over an hour long, and involved being presented with scenarios (e.g. interpreting the impact metrics of a GSK social media campaign or handling the failure of a GSK vaccine candidate) and you pick either the correct answer or how you would handle the situation. The options become harder to distinguish the better you do, I think. Then there was a phone screen, and then an in-person day-long assessment period with myself and a few other candidates. Similar problem/scenario-based questions. I didn't get an offer, but received great feedback and HR offered to place me in other openings at GSK. However I had another offer at a different company that I took instead.
