Very seamless and quick process. The interviewer was very warm and made me comfortable. The questions were mainly coming out of my previous background. There was two interviewer on the panel. I received the call shortly after the interview call.

Initial screening call with HR to cover CV and interest. First stage interview was a technical interview with questions, STAR example answers expected. Second stage interview was based on competencies and values, also expected in STAR format. Interviewers were friendly.

Tell us about a time where you had to make a difficult decision
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
