      Quality Risk Manager Interview

      15 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Philadelphia, PA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2012

      Interview

The interview process included behavior-based questions along with others that were more directed. Behavior-based questions included a given scenario where you are challenged to provide a response that describes how you behaved (S - the situation), the task that was at hand (T - task), the specific action you took to resolve the issue (A - action) and the associated results (R - results). When responding to questions the STAR model helps profile your strengths in a real-world scenario and aids the hiring manager in determining how you might respond in a future situation should you be hired into the open position.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe a situation where you managed a project that included stakeholders at all levels in the organization
