I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at GSK
Interview
Nice experience where you can learn a lot in just few months. Excellent coworkers from whom you can learn and always there to help you out. They want to see people that can own their work
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GSK (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
Three stages
1)Application
2)Assessment Centre Day: my assessment centre took place online as it was during the pandemic. The meeting took place opposite and consisted of three tasks which I was observed whilst undertaking. One example of a task is I was given two product specification. One from a competitor and one from GSK. My task was to produce an angle which promoted GSK’s product. Additionally, I was asked for justifications behind each decision I made to assess my principle and morals.
3)Interview : competency and strength based questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very scenario based. For instance, “if a drug packaging was sent for printing but there was an error listing the ingredients” would I ignore the error for someone else to identify or would I own up?
during the assessment, I had to answer a few situational based questions and look at some graphs too. they said it would take me an hour or two but it took me longer
